La chèvre qui a couru en liberté au milieu d’une ville espagnole avant de s’introduire dans une bijouterie a été emmenée dans une ferme, où elle s’est échappée une deuxième fois.

La chèvre, qui a fait la une des journaux pour avoir traversé mercredi le centre-ville de Carthagène avant d’être capturée après avoir pénétré dans une bijouterie, a été emmenée dans la ferme de Jose Rosas, dans la région d’Escarihuelas, pendant que les autorités tentent de retrouver son propriétaire.

Selon M. Rosas, la chèvre ibérique mâle a été placée dans un champ avec un troupeau de moutons, et les bergers se sont vite aperçus que la chèvre s’était enfuie – moins de 24 heures après son arrivée à la ferme.

Les bergers et les autorités locales ont cherché pendant des heures jusqu’à ce que la chèvre soit finalement localisée et ramenée à la ferme. La police a déclaré qu’elle ne savait toujours pas d’où venait la chèvre avant d’apparaître à Cartagena.

The goat that ran loose through the middle of a Spanish city before breaking into a jewelry store was taken to a farm — where it escaped for a second time.

The goat, which made headlines for its Wednesday dash through downtown Cartagena and was eventually captured after breaking into a jewelry store, was taken to Jose Rosas’ farm in the Escarihuelas area while authorities attempt to find the owner.

Rosas said the male Iberian goat was placed in a field with a flock of sheep, and shepherds soon discovered the goat had fled — less than 24 hours after coming to the farm.

Shepherds and local authorities searched for hours until the goat was finally located and brought back to the farm.

Police said they still don’t know where the goat originally came from before appearing in Cartagena.
